Why do many items take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery?
At Egemstore, we thrive to bring you a variety of high quality fine jewelry at a reasonable price. In order to
offer a wider range of styles as well as a wide range of ring sizes, we custom manufacturer many pieces to your order. This process usually
takes 2 to 3 weeks.
What if the ring I want is not available in my size?
Because we only carry
certain sizes in stock (generally size 6 or 6.5), it is quite
probable that your ring size will not be in stock. In this
situation, it will be manufactured specially for you and shipped
to you within 2 to 3 weeks. If your size is smaller than 4.5
or larger than 9, Egemstore does not take orders for these
sizes through our online store, but may be able to special
order a ring for you in your size if you call us at 866-559-1942.
An Egemstore representative will be glad to help you Monday
through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. Pricing may vary for special
ring size orders, so please check with your representative
when placing your order over the phone.
Can I order by phone, fax or email?
We are glad to take your
order over the phone, however to protect your security, we
do not accept orders by fax or email. To place an order, call

Is there an Egemstore catalog I can order from?
No, Egemstore does not have paper catalogs - our inventory is exclusively available for viewing at www.egemstore.com.
How do I check on an order?
Each Egemstore order
is assigned a unique order number at the time of checkout.

enter your order number and information
on the status of your order will be displayed on the screen.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If all items in your
order are listed as in stock, and your order is being shipped
via Egemstore's standard service (FedEx 2Day) your order should
arrive within 3 to 4 business days. If you chose to have your
order shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight service, it should
arrive within 2 business days.
How does Egemstore charge for shipping?
Egemstore provides complimentary
FedEx 2Day shipping, and charges $25 to upgrade to FedEx Standard
Overnight.
Does Egemstore charge sales tax?
At this time Egemstore only charges sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of NY.
What is the Egemstore return policy?
Egemstore will provide
a full refund for items returned in saleable condition (no
visible wear or damage) within 30 days of shipping date. Please
e-mail customerservice@egemstore.com or call 866 559 1942
to obtain a return purchase order number (RPO), then return item(s) using
the return shippping label included with your purchase and remember to included a fully
completed return form (also included with your purchase) and upon our receipt of the returned
item and return form, you will be credited on the card you have
specified on your return form. Please note that Egemstore does not store credit
card numbers in an effort to further protect your privacy
and security, so you must remember to specify the card to
be credited on the return form in order for credit to be given.
Final word on condition of items is determined by Egemstore.
What if an item I receive is damaged?
If an item you order is damaged on receipt, call Customer
Service at 866-559-1942, or email customerservice@egemstore.com
to obtain a return purchase order number (RPO). Once you've
received your RPO, use the return shippping label included with
your purchase and remember to included a fully completed return form
(also included with your purchase) . Upon our receipt
of the damaged item and return form, item will either be repaired or replaced
and sent back to you via FedEx 2Day. Processing time will
vary according to the nature of the damage and the availability
of the item, so please ask your representative for a time estimate
of when your repair/replacement will be shipped. If you
prefer to cancel your order in this circumstance, proceed
as with a return, and your card will be credited upon receipt
of damaged good.
Can I get an item I ordered through Egemstore repaired?
If the item you ordered
is damaged on receipt, please see above. If an item purchased
through Egemstore is damaged through normal usage within 90
day of purchase, please mail the damaged piece to us and we
will repair it at no additional cost. Before sending your
damaged piece, please email customerservice@egemstore.com
to notify us of the situation. Repair of any item damaged
after 90 days from the date of purchase will be priced according
to the nature of the repair. Please ask a customer service
representative for an estimate of repair cost.
